From the NORTH:

• Take 95 South to exit 130, Waterville Downtown.
• Turn left onto Upper Main Street/Route 104 South.
• Stay on Upper Main Street/Route 104 through all traffic lights.
• As you approach downtown, Route 104 intersects with Route 201, stay in the left lane. 
• There is a Rite Aid and the Waterville Fire Station to your left.
• Go straight at this intersection on Main Street.
• The theatre is located on the first floor of 93 Main Street, about two and a half blocks on your left, in the old Sterns building which also hosts The Maine Made Shop and the Waterville Opera House ticket office.
• If on street parking is not available, turn left on Common Street and left on Front Street.
• Waterville Opera House will be on the left.
• Turn into parking lot on left after Opera House.
• Entrance to theater through door located under skywalk.
• Additional parking across Front Street.

From theSOUTH and WEST:
(SOUTH)

• Take 95 North to exit 127, Waterville/Oakland.
• Turn right onto Route 137 East/Kennedy Memorial Drive (KMD).

 
(WEST)

• Stay on KMD past the Shaw's Plaza on your left and then Hannaford's on your right, about one mile. Stay in the left lane.
• After Hannaford's travel straight through three traffic lights.
• Stay to your left as the street becomes Silver Street after the third light.
• Stay on Silver Street through the first traffic light you come to, about one half mile. Keep to the right as the road forks at the light.
• Go through the next light into the shopping plaza. Follow the center road through the plaza, around the modern sculpture. Follow the road as it turns to the right.
• At the light take a right onto Main Street.
• The theatre is located on the first floor of 93 Main Street, about a half block to your left, in the old Sterns building which also hosts The Maine Made Shop and the Waterville Opera House ticket office.

From the EAST (Belfast):

• Take route 3 East to South China.
• Turn right onto Routes 9/202 North and travel about 6-7 miles into the Town of China. At junction of Routes 9/202 and Route 137 continue straight onto 137, heading West.
• In Winslow, at junction of Route 137 Truck Route and Route 137 BUS (business) continue straight staying on 137 Business Route into Winslow past Rite-Aid on your right and a McDonalds on your left. Stay in the right hand lane.
• At the traffic light turn right onto Bay street/Route 201, cross bridge, after bridge continue straight through light.
• In approximately one mile you will come to a traffic light. Stay in the right lane to turn left and cross bridge into Waterville (Both lanes turn left).
• As you cross the bridge stay in the right hand lane.
• Turn right onto Front street just at the end of the bridge. Merge into left lane.
• Look for Common Street (Do Not Enter) Waterville Opera House will be on the left.
• Turn into parking lot on left after Opera House,
• Entrance to theater through door located under skywalk.
• Additional parking across Front Street.
